Our fresh roasted espresso coffee drinks include cafe latte, cafe mocha, cafe breve, cappuccino, drip coffee, americano, espresso shots, real macchiato, and a personal four-cup French press, plus other flavorful creations. Our espresso drinks are made using a La Marzocco FB 80 3 group espresso machine, we believe in working with the best coffee beans & equipment. Preparation is very important. Our coffee is roasted using a Probat L12 Roaster and premium green coffee beans from the best coffee growing regions in the world such as Africa, Indonesia, and South America. We believe in small batch roasting to guarantee the absolute best coffee.

Fresh roasted coffee takes 48 hours to "de gas", any brewing before complete degassing can cause the coffee basket to overflow, this reaction is called blooming. French press and pulling espresso shots will be just fine. ( order just enough for 7 days or so, that will ensure freshness and coffee at its best, that's the way we'd like you to taste our fine coffee ). Store in a cool dry place, air tight container ( if you wish ) and totally away from the air and sun.
